BMW missed an issue with my heating system and belt during a service two months ago, yet still charged me over £600.

10 days ago my car broke down in London and was taken to R B Motors in Colchester. They repaired it within a few days (once the part arrived from BMW) and did an excellent job at a very fair price. They also checked the car and fixed a few extra things free of charge.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout. Highly recommended!

"I have been bringing my 2006 Mercedes to this garage for years. The car is very close to my heart, and I have complete confidence in their work. For every repair and annual MOT, they have consistently found a way to get the job done right. No matter the problem, they always find a solution to get the car repaired and through its test. I couldn't recommend them more highly. A brilliant and trustworthy team!"
